Horizontal lines
These machines are for producers of printed circuit boards – PCB. These machines are used for basic operations at process of PCB production. These operations are for different surface treatment. For example etching, stripping, developing, cleaning etc. PCB are moving through the line by horizontal roller transport way. Operator place PCB to the transport way at input module. Then PCB goes through the line where PCB goes through the working zones. These zones are in spraying way or in wading way. In spraying zones are PCB sprayed by liquid from jets placed on both sides of transport way. If it is necessary line can be also made with moving jets. At wade zones are PCB immersed in the working liquid. This is ensured by pump which is filling the tank placed at the transport way. If it is necessary, line can be equipped with drying module for drying of PCB.
